Wild Bear Birth Education Courses

Guided by the Birthing From Within curriculum, this unique course is rooted in the idea that birth is a heroic journey. We will explore the archetypes of birth, helping you discover which archetype you are currently embodying and call in the ones needed to walk the path toward an empowered birth and parenting experience.

We will also dive deep into the practical knowledge of labor and birth. You’ll gather the information needed to make informed decisions for your family, discuss nutrition and herbal support for pregnancy, and prepare yourself and your birth partner for labor and beyond. Together, we will explore how to cultivate support during labor, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood.

This course is for those seeking a holistic approach that combines emotional, physical, and spiritual preparation for birth and parenthood.
